This zip file contains 5 files (excluding this readme)

The RTF files are rich text documents exactly as created by Enterprise Architect from the EAExample.eap project provided with the distribution set (latest version available from Sparx Systems web site)

The Images directory holds all the .GIF files output when the RTF files were created - RTF files link to these, so if you distribute an RTF you must distribute these as well. The two .DOC files have had the images saved with the file and do not require the images directory.

1. Use Case Model.RTF - extract of the USe Case model package
2. BPM.RTF - extract of the Business Process Model package
3. Images directory - all the images displayed in the RTF documents
4. Use Case Model.DOC - the RTF use case model converted to word with table of contents, table of figures, header and footer added.
5. BPM.DOC - the RTF business process model converted to word with table of contents, table of figures, header and footer added.

I usually use a dummy use case model .DOC file with headers, footers and tables already set up - then import the RTF file at the start - takes about a minute to do.

The document extracts can be customised with more or less detail and different graphics formats if required.

Note: There may be slight differences between these documents and those produced by the current (version 1.16) Enterprise Architect.
